Monthly Olympic Lifting Class

Our Next Class is Sunday June 10th, 2018
followed by Sunday September 9th, 2018!

The Weightlifting Intensive presented by Chris Polakowski, Senior International Coach for USA WEIGHTLIFTING, is an Olympic Lifting class for ALL LEVELS. Focus will be on the proper form and techniques necessary to perform your Olympic Lifts with safe and strong efficiency. The cost is $15 and space is limited so act now!

A little bit about Chris…he’s coached 6 International athletes including 2008 Olympia Carissa Gump, and 2009 Jr World member and Fittest Man in the World, Matt Fraser. Chris has been a Coach for several International teams including Team Leader for the 2016 Junior World Championships. Chris teaches the Coach Certified Courses for USA WEIGHTLIFTING.
